Fujian Province has adjusted its flood prevention emergency response to Level IV.

The Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory adjusted the "heavy rain warning" to level III at 16:30 on July 22. According to relevant regulations such as the "Fujian Province Flood Control, Drought Resistance, Typhoon Emergency Plan" and the "Fujian Provincial People's Government Flood Control, Drought Resistance Command Emergency Response Work Regulations", the Provincial Flood Control Headquarters decided to adjust the flood control emergency response to level IV at 16:30 on July 22.
