(hereinafter referred to as "Research Institute Company"). The registered capital of the Research Institute Company is 1 billion Yuan, of which the company will invest 490 million Yuan in the form of currency + physical (experimental instruments) (holding 49%), and Maotai Group will invest 510 million Yuan in the form of currency + physical (technology building) (holding 51%).
