On July 21st, China Energy Construction Investment Corporation held a leadership meeting. During the meeting, Chen Gong, the Minister of the Organization Department of the China Energy Construction Party Committee and the General Manager of the Human Resources Department, read out the appointment document for China Energy Construction and recommended Xu Lu as the Chairman of the Investment Corporation.
