The Omdia report indicates that the shipment volume of large-size display panels with a size of 9 inches or larger is expected to increase by 2.9% year-on-year to 9.1 billion units globally this year. This estimate is better than the 2.6% growth rate and total shipment volume of 9.076 billion units given by the same institution in the previous quarter.
