Wisdom Finance APP News, Sichuan Road and Bridge (600039.SH) announced that the company's subsidiary construction companies Sichuan Highway Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Road and Bridge Group) and Sichuan Province Traffic Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Construction Group) have formed a consortium with China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd. (referred to as Huaxi Co., Ltd.) and the company's related company Sichuan Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway Co., Ltd. (referred to as Chengdu-Chongqing Company) and Sichuan Highway Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as High Road Information) to participate in the expansion project of the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway from Chengdu to Ya'an (referred to as this project). The total investment of this project is 28.548 billion yuan, with self-raised capital accounting for 20.20%, approximately 5.767 billion yuan. The company's shareholding percentage is 4%, with Road and Bridge Group and Construction Group holding 1% and 3% respectively, requiring a total capital investment of approximately 230.7 million yuan.
