Brazil issues affirmative preliminary ruling on anti-dumping investigation of polyester fiber yarn from China.

On July 21, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Announcement No. 58 of 2025, making an affirmative preliminary ruling on anti-dumping against polyester filament yarn originating in China, but not recommending the imposition of provisional anti-dumping duties. The investigation will continue and the deadline for the final ruling on this case will be extended to 18 months from the date of filing.
