Brazil launches a public interest assessment process for polyether polyols related to China.

On July 18, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Announcement No. 56 of 2025, announcing the initiation of a public interest assessment process for anti-dumping measures on polyether polyols with a molecular weight between 300 and 4500 g/mol and a purity of not less than 90% originating from China and the United States. The announcement will take effect from the date of publication.
