Zhejiang Fangzheng Electric Motor Co., Ltd. recently announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Ms. Chen Haili, a member of the eighth Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. Due to personal reasons, Chen Haili requested to resign from her position as a non-independent director and member of the Audit Committee. After resigning, she will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. As of the announcement date, Chen Haili did not hold any shares of the company. This resignation did not result in the Board of Directors falling below the legal number of members, and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors. The resignation will take effect upon delivery to the Board of Directors. The company will promptly complete the election of directors in accordance with regulations and fulfill its disclosure obligations, while expressing gratitude for Chen Haili's contributions during her tenure.
