Zhejiang Energy: intends to invest 751 million yuan to acquire a stake in China Fusion Energy Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang Energy Power Co., Ltd. announced that the company, together with China National Nuclear Corporation, China Nuclear Power, Kunlun Capital of China National Petroleum Corporation, Shanghai Future Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd., National Green Development Fund Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Heavy Duty Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd., will jointly invest approximately RMB 11.492 billion in China Fusion Energy Co., Ltd. at a price of 1 yuan per registered capital, subscribing for a total of RMB 11.469 billion in new registered capital of Fusion Energy Co., Ltd. The company will contribute approximately RMB 751 million to hold a 5% stake in Fusion Energy Co., Ltd. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring as defined in the "Management Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
