On July 21st, Liao Lin, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), visited the Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Committee, Yuan Jiajun, and the Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor, Hu Henghua in Chongqing.
