From the afternoon of July 20, most areas of Dalian, Liaoning Province, experienced rainfall, with some areas experiencing heavy to torrential rain. At present, the main body of this round of rainfall has basically ended. At 11:30 on July 22, the Dalian Meteorological Observatory canceled the yellow warning for heavy rain. The Dalian Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters decided to cancel the yellow warning for flood control starting from 13:00 on July 22, and ended the city-wide level III flood control emergency response in Dalian.
