According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Sichuan Xinyi Expressway Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. Its business scope includes: operation of road freight transport stations; domestic freight forwarding services; supply chain management services; camping ground services; motor vehicle repair and maintenance, among others. Shareholding structure revealed by QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly owned by Sichuan Road and Bridge's wholly-owned subsidiary Sichuan Highway Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd.
