Typhoon "Weipa" landed in Vietnam.

According to the Vietnamese National Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Center, Typhoon "Wipha" made landfall between Quang Ninh and Hai Phong provinces in Vietnam at around 10:00 local time on July 22nd. At the time of landfall, the wind speed was around level 8 to 9, with gusts reaching level 11.
