The State Council Information Office held a series of themed press conference on July 22nd, focusing on "high-quality completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan", introducing the achievements in the development of the disabled persons cause during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and answering questions from journalists. Li Dongmei, Vice Chairman and Vice President of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, stated that 12 specialized schools for children with autism have been established nationwide.
