The first national open-source special fund for enterprise digital services was established in Shanghai.

The "Shanghai Science and Technology Development Foundation Open Source Special Fund", jointly initiated by the Shanghai Science and Technology Development Foundation and the KPro Enterprise Knowledge Open Source Program, was officially launched. As the first open source special fund in China serving the enterprise service industry, it focuses on the open sharing, promotion, dissemination, community operation, as well as public welfare activities such as fund support, technical support, open governance, of knowledge and digital technology in the enterprise field; promoting, protecting, and promoting the development and application of knowledge and digital technology in the enterprise field.
