Intercontinental Aerospace Technology: plans to acquire 49% of the issued shares of Aspace for 126 million Hong Kong dollars, and will obtain full control of it.

On the morning of July 22nd, Interstellar Aerospace Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on July 21st, 2025, the company entered into a purchase agreement with Superb Ever. Under the agreement, the company conditionally agreed to purchase 9800 shares of Aspace from Superb Ever for a price of 126 million Hong Kong dollars. The price will be paid by issuing 26 million shares of consideration shares to Superb Ever based on special authorization, as well as by issuing convertible bonds. This acquisition will allow the company to obtain full control of Aspace.
