Intellit Capital News APP reported that ST Xifa (000752.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire an additional 50% stake in Tibet Lhasa Beer Co., Ltd. held by Carlsberg International Limited ("Carlsberg") by paying cash. Currently, apart from reaching a preliminary consensus and signing a draft list of terms related to the transfer of 50% equity of Tibet Lhasa Beer Co., Ltd., the two parties involved in the transaction have not signed any other legally binding agreements or documents, including "Letter of Intent" or "Equity Transfer Agreement". The transaction proposal and terms still need further discussion and negotiation.
