The company intends to acquire 9,800 shares of Aspace (representing 49% of the issued share capital of Aspace) from Superb Ever for a price of HK$126 million. The price will be paid by issuing 26 million consideration shares to Superb Ever at HK$16.38 million and issuing convertible bonds worth HK$109.62 million, with each convertible share priced at HK$0.63 (adjustable).
