Wisdom Financial News APP: Lurkontrol (06623.HK) announced that on July 21, 2025, Ping An Consumer Finance and Shenzhen Merchants Ping An Asset Management (the successful bidder in the public bidding process) entered into an agreement for the transfer of assets. According to this agreement, Ping An Consumer Finance conditionally agreed to transfer to Shenzhen Merchants Ping An Asset Management a total of approximately RMB 469 million in non-performing debt related to the total principal balance and interest as of the transaction reference date. The consideration is RMB 36.44 million.
