("Tongzhi Electromechanical") recently received a "Complaint" filed by a certain prosecutor's office served by a court, initiating criminal proceedings against Tongzhi Electromechanical's original legal representative Zhang Hong and Tongzhi Electromechanical for alleged bribery by the unit.
