BYD: Plans to distribute 8 bonus shares for every 10 shares held, and to issue 12 new shares for every 10 shares held from capital reserves.

According to the announcement of BYD Co., Ltd. on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, based on a total share capital of 3,039,065,855 shares, the company will distribute a cash dividend of 39.74 yuan per 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend of approximately 12,077,248 million yuan. Every 10 shares will also receive 8 bonus shares, with 12 shares transferred from capital reserves for every 10 shares. If there are changes in the total share capital of the company on the record date for equity distribution, the company will maintain the same dividend per share and bonus share ratio, and adjust the total amount of distribution and bonus shares accordingly.
