Wolong Electric Drive Announcement: The 17th temporary board meeting of the ninth session of the company was held on July 21, 2025, and passed the resolution on "Proposal for Issuing H Shares and Listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited". The company plans to issue overseas listed shares and apply for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The number of H shares to be issued this time shall not exceed 10% of the total share capital of the company after this issue, and the overall coordinator is authorized to exercise the oversubscription right for no more than 15% of the aforementioned H shares based on market conditions.
