Promoting Individual Entrepreneurship "Efficiently Achieving One Thing" - Three Departments Issuing Implementation Opinions
Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Administration of Taxation, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting 'Efficient Completion in One Go' for Individual Entrepreneurship". The opinions aim to optimize the handling process, strengthen policy, business, system coordination and data sharing, enhance cross-department coordination mechanisms, and maximize the convenience and efficiency of individual entrepreneurship. In the process of individual entrepreneurship, there are many matters that need to be applied for and registered with relevant departments, such as applying for employment and entrepreneurship certificates, registering for pension insurance for self-employed individuals and flexible employees without staff, applying for entrepreneurship subsidies, registering business entities, confirming taxpayer information, etc. In response to these issues, the Opinions propose that the completion of the "Efficient Completion in One Go" for individual entrepreneurship should complete five tasks: standardize the "one-stop" service process, unblock the "one-network" information system, improve the "one-stop" linkage mechanism, optimize the "one-form" application materials, and prepare the "one-clear" service guide.
