On July 21st, local time, rescue workers in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam found the body of a drifting child in the waters of Ha Long Bay. It was confirmed to be one of the 4 missing individuals from the Ha Long Bay tourist boat capsizing accident. Currently, the death toll from the Ha Long Bay tourist boat capsizing accident has risen to 36 people, with 3 still missing. On the afternoon of July 19th, a tourist boat carrying 53 people capsized in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam due to thunderstorm weather.
