The Dalian Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow alert for heavy rain on the 21st. From the 21st to the 22nd, most areas in the region will experience heavy rain, with areas in the western part of the city, western part of Lushunkou District, western part of Jinpu New District, southwestern and eastern parts of Pulandian District, and most parts of Zhuanghe City experiencing heavy rain, while the northwestern part of Wafangdian City will have moderate to heavy rain. The Dalian Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters issued a yellow alert for flood prevention, and raised the emergency response level to level three.
