Shandong Yellow River Water Authority initiates Level IV emergency response for flood control.

According to the Shandong Yellow River Water Conservancy Bureau, it is forecasted that from July 20th to 22nd, the lower reaches of the Yellow River will experience a significant precipitation event, with hourly rainfall of 20-40 mm and locally exceeding 50 mm. The Da Wen River basin will receive cumulative precipitation of 60-80 mm, locally exceeding 120 mm, leading to a significant rise in water levels. Starting from 7pm on July 20th, the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission has initiated a level IV emergency response for flood prevention in Shandong Province. In accordance with the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control and Drought Relief in Shandong River Administrative Bureau," the Shandong Yellow River Water Conservancy Bureau initiated a level IV emergency response for flood prevention starting from 8pm on July 20th.
