(referred to as "Stidik Jiangsu") plans to invest approximately 509 million yuan in the construction of Stidik high-end functional film expansion project with its own funds and/or self-raised funds. The investment funds will be used to renovate the existing site, purchase advanced PVD production, testing equipment, recruit and train relevant production, technology, and management personnel, and produce high-end functional thin film products such as anti-reflection film, 2A3A film, and water oxygen barrier film, mainly used in the downstream industries such as the electronics industry, car screens, and display panels.
