The quality and safety of agricultural products cannot be ignored and must be constantly improved. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will implement the "strictest measures" to comprehensively improve the governance capability of agricultural product quality and safety. First, promote the coordinated monitoring of agricultural product quality and safety risks at the provincial level and continuously expand the monitoring coverage. Second, fully implement the system of edible agricultural product commitment certification and pilot the system of classified supervision for products leaving the production area. Third, provide guidance to production entities on scientific fertilization and medication, as well as standardize the use of drugs in livestock and poultry farming.
