Unveiling ceremony of Shanghai Port Ship New Type Pollution Disposal Research and Development Center

According to the news released by Pudong, on the afternoon of July 16, the "Shanghai Port Ship New Pollution Disposal Research and Development Center", the first professional research and development institution focusing on the disposal of new types of ship pollutants in the country, was unveiled in Pudong. The center is guided by the Shanghai Maritime Authority and jointly built by Pudong Maritime Authority, Shanghai Yilun Shipping and Storage Co., Ltd., Shanghai Maritime University and other government-enterprise-research units, aiming to overcome the technical bottlenecks in the disposal of new types of pollutants in the green transformation of shipping, and to assist the global shipping industry in achieving the goal of net zero emissions.
