The press conference introduced that there are 483 national-level public service institutions for intellectual property, achieving full coverage at the provincial level, and 175 comprehensive intellectual property service institutions at the municipal level, with a coverage rate of 52.6%. The number of national patent agencies has reached 34, and the number of trademark service acceptance windows has increased to 367. The establishment of professional degree programs in intellectual property for graduate students has been promoted, with over 1 million intellectual property talents and over 40,000 practicing patent agents. 28 key industry patent databases, such as neuroscience and telecommunications, have been established, and are freely available to innovators, effectively serving innovation and creation.
