Honghua Shuke announced that the company's shareholder Xinhu Zhinao has pledged 3.2893 million shares of the company, accounting for 20.95% of its holdings and 1.83% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge start date is July 15, 2025, and the purpose of the pledge is for financing guarantee. The pledged shares will not be used as collateral for major asset restructuring performance compensation or other matters.
