Henderson Land Development (00012.HK) has completed the issuance of HK$8 billion convertible bonds.

The China Fortune Finance APP News, Henderson Land Development (00012.HK) announced that with all the preconditions of the subscription agreement for the issuance of bonds (a guaranteed convertible bond of HK$8 billion with a 0.5% interest rate due in 2030) having been met, the subscription and issuance of the bonds were completed on July 16, 2025.
