Nengte Technology: has signed an agreement to transfer 100% equity of Shengqian Mining.

On July 16th, Nengte Technology announced that the company had signed a "Property Transaction Agreement" with Chongqing Hongmai Tianxia Industrial and Trading Development Group Co., Ltd., transferring 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shaanxi Ankang Shenqian Mining Co., Ltd. to Chongqing Hongmai for 114 million yuan. This transaction aims to optimize resource allocation, focus on core business development, and is expected to reduce the company's profit by approximately 49 million yuan in 2025. After the completion of the transaction, Shenqian Mining will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
