Dechang Electric Holdings: Established a joint venture for humanoid robot business in China.

Dexiang Electric Holdings announced in Hong Kong that the company will establish two equity joint ventures with Shanghai Mechatronics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company Dexiang Automotive Electrical Co., Ltd., on July 16, 2025. The establishment of joint ventures is part of the group's strategy to expand into the rapidly growing field of humanoid robots. The joint ventures will focus on product development, commercialization, manufacturing, and assembly, aiming to meet the new demand for advanced robot solutions in commercial, industrial, and consumer applications through a vertical integration model.
