Shangfeng Cement announced that its controlling shareholder Shangfeng Holdings has released its 12 million pledged shares, accounting for 3.73% of its total shareholding and 1.24% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Shangfeng Holdings and its concerted parties have a total of 81.1 million shares pledged, accounting for 25.23% of its total shareholding and 8.37% of the company's total share capital.
