South Korea imposes anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled stainless steel coils from Vietnam.

On July 11th, the Korean Ministry of Planning and Finance issued Decree No. 1129, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled stainless steel coils originating from Vietnam. The tax rate for Yongjin Metal Technology Co., Ltd. and its exporters is 18.81%, while TVL Joint Stock Company, TVL Steel Production And Construction Joint Stock Company, and other producers/exporters have a tax rate of 11.37%. The measures come into effect on the date of publication and have a duration of five years. At the same time, the Korean Ministry of Planning and Finance issued Announcement No. 2025-31, stating that, in view of the Korean Ministry of Planning and Finance officially imposing anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled stainless steel coils from Vietnam, the announcement extending the temporary anti-dumping period has been repealed.
