The EU makes final anti-dumping ruling on lysine from China.

On July 11, the European Commission issued a notice, giving a positive final ruling on the anti-dumping of lysine originating from China, ruling that Jilin Meihua Amino Acid Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Meihua Amino Acid Co., Ltd. have anti-dumping duties at 47.7%, Heilongjiang Yipin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has anti-dumping duties at 58.2%, other cooperative enterprises have anti-dumping duties at 53.1%, and other companies have anti-dumping duties at 58.2%. The products involved have EU CN codes ex 2309 90 31, ex 2309 90 96, and 2922 41 00. The dumping investigation period for this case is from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to the end of the dumping investigation period. The notice takes effect from the day after its publication.
