The latest report released by Omdia points out that flexible AMOLED display panels are rapidly becoming the mainstream display technology for smartphones. In the first quarter of 2025, the shipment volume of smartphones using flexible AMOLED display panels reached 151 million units, a year-on-year increase of 15%. This category has maintained a medium to high annual growth rate of around 20% over the past three years. The full-year shipment volume in 2024 climbed from 442 million units in 2023 to 566 million units.
