At the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for August delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 46 cents to $66.52 per barrel, a decrease of 0.69%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for September delivery in London fell by 50 cents to $68.71 per barrel, a decrease of 0.72%.
