The Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) 100 index closed at 8938.32 points on the 15th, down 59.74 points from the previous trading day, a decrease of 0.66%. European stock indices all fell on that day. In terms of individual stocks, in the London stock market, service stocks led the gains among the components of the index. The top five stocks in terms of gains were: the market credit service provider Experian Group's stock price rose by 4.28%, advertising and media giant WPP's stock price rose by 1.40%, Polar Capital Technology Trust's stock price rose by 1.20%, supply chain service provider Bunzl's stock price rose by 0.97%, and British United Food Group's stock price rose by 0.86%.
