Hillstone Technology (01478.HK) intends to sell 51% equity stake of its Indian subsidiary to Dixon in India for a total price of 5.53 billion rupees.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Qi Ti Technology (01478.HK) announced that on July 15, 2025 (after trading hours), the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary India Qiti signed a legally binding terms sheet with Dixon, detailing the conditions under which Dixon has conditionally agreed to acquire a total of 51% of the paid-up capital of India Qiti through share purchase and subscription transactions. The relevant terms and conditions will be further negotiated and included in the transaction documents.
