On July 15th, the Administrative Penalty Decision Information Disclosure Form of the People's Bank of China Shaanxi Branch showed that the Shaanxi Baoji Jintai Rural Commercial Bank was warned and fined 1.276 million yuan for violating regulations on financial statistics, payment settlement, currency and gold and silver, treasury, credit reporting, and anti-money laundering. Du Mouhua, the former president of Shaanxi Baoji Jintai Rural Commercial Bank, was fined 16,000 yuan for his responsibility for the bank's violation of anti-money laundering regulations.
