Dachin Ecological Announcement: The company plans to issue A shares to the controlling shareholder, Suzhou Bubugao Investment Development Co., Ltd., with the number of shares not exceeding 33.857 million, accounting for up to 30% of the total share capital before this issuance. After this issuance is completed, Bubugao Investment's ownership of the company's shares will increase to 34.26%, remaining the company's controlling shareholder. This issuance still needs to be approved by the company's shareholders' meeting, exempted from offering to the subscribers, approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and authorized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented. This issuance will not result in any changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
