As the summer holiday approaches, the number of Chinese tourists coming to Uganda is gradually increasing. Recently, the embassy has received multiple reports of valuable items belonging to Chinese tourists being stolen from hotels. In light of this, the Embassy of China in Uganda reminds Chinese tourists to remain vigilant, choose reputable travel agencies and accommodations, avoid carrying large amounts of cash or valuable items, properly safeguard travel documents, travel in groups when going out, strengthen awareness of prevention, and ensure personal safety. In case of emergencies, please report to the police immediately and contact the Embassy of China in Uganda for assistance.
