Starbucks CEO Brian Niemann released an all-staff letter on July 14th local time, stating that employees will be required to work in the office for four days a week instead of three, applicable to the company's Seattle and Toronto support centers and North American offices. This measure will take effect from the new fiscal year. Niemann also mentioned that Starbucks will provide cash compensation to employees who choose to resign.
