Taihe Group announced that the company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds of RMB 22.083 million to acquire the remaining 51% equity of Guangdong Haode Crop Technology Co., Ltd. held by Dongguan Ruidefeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. After the completion of this transaction, Guangdong Haode will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
