Announcement of AngLi Education: The company plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding trading within 6 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of this announcement, by no more than 5.731 million shares, accounting for 2% of the total share capital of the company. During the reduction period, if there are changes in the number of shares due to bonus shares or capital reserve transfer to increase share capital, the company will adjust the reduction amount accordingly. The funds obtained from the reduction will be used to supplement the company's working capital.
