Global new energy vehicle sales in June increased by 24%: North American market declines, while Central Europe accelerates in leading position.
According to the Wise Finance APP, Rho Motion data shows that in June 2025, global sales of new energy passenger vehicles reached 1.8 million units, an increase of 24% year-on-year. Among them, China continued to lead with 1.11 million units and a growth rate of 28%, Europe consolidated its position as the second largest market with 390,000 units and a growth rate of 23%. The North American market, affected by policy fluctuations, saw a 9% year-on-year decline to 140,000 units, while the "rest of the world" region saw an explosive growth of 43% to break through the 140,000-unit mark.
