As of July 15, 2025, Zhiyuan Hegu and Nuoh Hegu have collectively reduced 2.897 million shares, accounting for 0.70% of the company's total share capital, through centralized competitive trading; and 5.179 million shares, accounting for 1.24% of the company's total share capital, through bulk trading. The total reduction plan this time is to reduce 8.077 million shares, accounting for 1.94% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Zhiyuan Hegu and Nuoh Hegu collectively hold a 12.40% stake.
