Mega Star Technology: Awarded Bid Notification from a Major European Retail Company.

On the evening of July 15th, Giant Star Technology announced that it has received a notification of winning a bid from a large retail company in Europe. The order includes a range of cordless lithium battery-powered consumer-grade tools and related accessories. The scope of the order is for the sale and service of all these tools and accessories in nearly a thousand stores in Europe over the next three years. The overall purchasing amount of the order is expected to be no less than $15 million per year, exceeding 5% of the company's revenue from power tools in 2024. The products will begin to be delivered to customers in the second half of 2025, and due to only half a year of sales in 2025, it is estimated that the revenue from related products in 2025 will not exceed $10 million.
